Ordering Process

1

Choose from the different styles of keepsakes from the Home page. Once that style page opens, click on an individual keepsake. A description of that piece will be displayed.

2

After you have made your selection, on what to order, please contact the funeral home, crematory, or veterinarian business that you are working with. They will place the order with us. Be sure to include the name that you want written in 22k gold on the back of the keepsake, or engraved on the bead cap.

3

Once we receive your order we will ship a collection kit to the Funeral Home to collect a very small amount of cremains/ash. Your order will be given a unique identification number (written on the back of the collection tin) to guarantee authenticity of the origination of the cremains/ash.

4

Once we receive the cremains/ash, we will  create your keepsake, typically within one week.  We will ship the finished product and any unused cremains/ash back to the Funeral Home or drop ship to you, whichever was pre-arranged.

Our Warranty

Thank you for choosing Forever in Glass to create your loved one’s keepsake.  Since 2001,  Forever in Glass has always warranted their glass work against breakage as long as you own it.  Let’s face it, things happened, a pendant falls on a tile floor and breaks. Don’t worry, it’s a simple repair and we will do it for free. No additional cremains are needed.

How to initiate a repair claim is simple, just email us directly at Henry@ForeverInGlassLLC.com, and tell us what happen, and please include a picture of the broken piece. From this we will determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will then give you our address to ship the broken piece to us. Please include $10 for return shipping.

We sign your loved one’s name in 22k gold that is fused onto the glass in the kiln. This will rub off in time. To protect this from happening, apply a thin coat of clear nail polish four times a year. If we engraved your loved one’s name on a bead cap the black can be re-applied using a fine Sharpie Pen, then using a polishing cloth to remove any extra ink outside the engraving.

Sorry we do not warranty the Silver Snake  Chain.
